HUCE nominates its staff and lecturers to participate in the training course for educational quality assessors

In line with the policy of strengthening staff capacity and enhancing the effectiveness of quality assurance in higher education, Hanoi University of Civil Engineering (HUCE) issued Decision No. 2003/QĐ-ĐHXDHN dated October 3, 2025, on nominating its personnel to participate in the 4th training course in 2025 for higher education and pedagogical college quality assessors.

The training course is organized by the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation – 144 Xuan Thuy, Cau Giay, Hanoi, delivered in a blended format (online and in-person) from October 6, 2025 to October 31, 2025.

1. Objectives

The nomination of HUCE staff and lecturers to the course aims to:

  • Provide in-depth knowledge on educational quality accreditation in accordance with current regulations.

  • Strengthen competencies in conducting self-assessment, program assessment, and institutional assessment.

  • Build a qualified core team to contribute to the development of the University's internal quality assurance system.


2. Participants

According to the Decision, HUCE nominates 10 staff members and lecturers from the following units:

  • Office of Educational Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Academic Affairs Office

  • Personnel & Organization Office

  • Office of Political and Student Affairs

  • Office of Party and Union Administration

  • Faculties: Civil & Industrial Engineering, Construction Economics & Management, Architecture & Planning, Building Materials

3. Significance for Quality Assurance Work

The participation of HUCE’s staff and lecturers in the assessor training course:

  • Contributes to building a core team for quality assurance activities at HUCE.

  • Enables the University to be more proactive in implementing self-assessment and program evaluation based on national and international standards.

  • Reaffirms HUCE’s strong commitment to maintaining, improving, and enhancing the quality of education.
