The internal QA system operates in accordance with the PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) cycle and is institutionalized through the Quality Management Regulation. The system is designed to achieve the following objectives:

Internal Quality Assurance System of HUCE
HUCE is a national key university with a long-standing tradition, a highly qualified faculty, and strong capabilities in research and international collaboration. Building on this foundation, the University has formalized its Educational Philosophy — “Identity – Integrity – Liberality” — and developed a modern framework of University Graduate Attributes (UGA) and Unit Learning Outcomes (ULO). These serve as mechanisms to translate HUCE’s mission and vision into specific, measurable outcomes.
At the same time, HUCE continuously strengthens its internal QA system, promotes digital transformation, fosters innovation, and advances sustainable development. These concerted efforts reinforce HUCE’s position as a leading research university in the region, particularly in the fields of construction and architecture.
