DECISION

On the issuance of the plan for external assessment of 11 study programs in accordance with AUN-QA

THE RECTOR OF HANOI UNIVERSITY OF CIVIL ENGINEERING

Pursuant to Decision No. 14/CP dated August 8, 1966, of the Council of Government on the establishment of Hanoi University of Civil Engineering; Decision No. 1396/QD-TTg dated August 13, 2021, on renaming Hanoi University of Civil Engineering to Hanoi University of Civil Engineering (HUCE);

Pursuant to the Law on Higher Education dated June 18, 2012, and the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Higher Education dated November 19, 2018, stipulating the tasks and authority of the Rector;

Pursuant to Circular No. 17/2021/TT-BGDDT dated June 22, 2021, of the Ministry of Education and Training, stipulating the standards for study programs, and the processes of development, appraisal, and issuance of higher education programs;

Pursuant to Circular No. 08/2021/TT-BGDDT dated March 18, 2021, of the Ministry of Education and Training, promulgating the Regulation on undergraduate education;

Pursuant to Decision No. 971/QD-HUCE dated June 24, 2024, approving and implementing the plan for improvement, self-assessment, and preparation for external assessment of study programs under AUN-QA;

At the proposal of the Head of the Office of Testing and Quality Assurance,

DECIDES:

Article 1.
To promulgate, together with this Decision, the plan for external assessment of 11 study programs according to AUN-QA (List and plan attached).

Article 2.
This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.

Article 3.
The Heads of the Offices of Testing and Quality Assurance, Academic Affairs, the Deans of Faculties in charge of the programs subject to accreditation, the Self-Assessment Committees, the Program Improvement Committees of the 11 study programs, Heads of relevant functional units, and concerned individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.

Batch 1:

Implementation of external assessment for 04 study programs under AUN-QA international standards, to be conducted in April 2026.

Batch 2:

Implementation of external assessment for 04 study programs under AUN-QA international standards, to be conducted in July 2026.

Batch 3:

Implementation of external assessment for 03 study programs under AUN-QA international standards, to be conducted in November 2026.
